The Healthstream Sterling Leg Curl is designed to meet the demands of a high-use environment, with a plate loading nature for low maintenance and thick, square tubing which has been electro-welded to maximum integrity. Furthermore, the space-efficient design requires minimal floor space for a hamstring curl machine which is usually very space dependant.
Users will benefit from single-leg movements to help improve imbalances often found when training leg muscles with compound machines. One-touch adjustable seat height allows the user to quickly and safely make the position of the curl bespoke to their own height.
