My name's Ken. Me and my wife have purchased a york Fitness C415 from cardio online.
We both really like the C415. I did some research and found it was pretty good for the price and cardio online had a great price at the time. So ordered from their free shipping at the time as well, which was great. Maybe you guys can get the same if you're ordering it.
The bike itself, fitness bike, standing bike, whatever you like to call it um seems made really really well. The mechanism on the pedals is really smooth, it's like going through but it's great and the uh adjustments through the touch or the panel up here are really good as well.
You can hear it start to increase or decrease the resistance as you adjust it. It's really good. The panel itself is really good, nice and clear. Good buttons, everything done by buttons, no touch screen. And it's really clear, you can set up multiple profiles as well, which is great. So me and my wife have separate profiles and you can track what you're doing separately.
The seat is really nice. Neither my wife or I use padded pants when we're using this. We're just casual cyclists and we just wanted something to be able to hop on and um and train for a bit to keep a keep the heart rate at a steady right, which is really good with this but the seat itself is it's got plenty of give for what is a bike seat. It's very adjustable.
You can always get like adjusted to the right level or as you want on this assembly was good. The only funny thing is figuring out which of the two foot straps going which one because of the angles and stuff.
But assembly was good. It's made very very well with lots of lots of good quality bolts and good quality materials. And it's also it's pretty heavy in here but I just take that as a sign of quality to be honest it feels it feels as heavy as it should be something that performs as it does.
The assembly took me about an hour possibly less. So not very long. Everything's kind of self explanatory, everything is just bolt through here and bolts through here and that sort of thing.
The water bottle holder is extendable which is good so it doesn't matter what size. What about you got it's gonna hold it in there. These can adjust for them back. So you've got a good range of rich on that as well.
Ordering through cardio online was really good. They were they have the best price by like a long way shipping at the time for me was free which was really good. Um It was shipped very quickly with a reputable courier which was good. Um And yeah I would definitely recommend going through them. The best price fast shipping. And I did contact customer service and they responded very quickly as well. So overall very happy with the entire purchase.
I find that programs consistently drop out mid stream. For example a 20 minute heart program ceases to continue at around six minutes, even although at age 80 I am pedalling at 75rpm and my HR is hitting 110. The machine prompts me to start again.
The bike's setting are rather one dimensional, resistance only, rather than allowing a combination of speed and resistance.
More generally I find the minimum beginning workload of 13 METs/46 Watts rather excessive to begin with. (I am reasonably fit, although admit I could no longer break 3 hours for a full marathon.)
In sum a most disappointing bike. No summary, no capacity to test VO2 max etc.

This product is very solid firm with no movement when in use very comfortable.
