Same as many, I did an extend research before acquiring this bike. I inclined to this brand and type of bike after using it for more than a year with one of the famous indoor cycling centres in Australia and US.
We all (3 teenagers and 2 adults) train on the bike on a daily basis, strong and reliable equipment.

It looks very well built and is smooth and quiet to use. The seat is a bit hard - perhaps I am not used to it yet but otherwise it is great.

This bike is fantastic. It feels solid, while light enough to move around easily. After using chain drive spin bikes for years, the silence is also a great surprise. I also love the handlebars. The ergonomic design makes so much easier to move around in spin class routines. It's more expensive than most but, assuming the various parts last as long as Schwinn says it will, the feel of the bike makes the extra cost worthwhile.
I love this bicycle. I work with heart rate and watts. They bicycle is compact so suitable for my small apartment. It is silent so could not be a worry of other residents of the retirement village. The resistance is easy to adjust. I note rpm and time. Sweat will not corrode any item. There will be few maintenance concerns. The use of a battery for the console means that I do not have electric cord connections. The light on the console ensures performance measures are easy to read when working out.
I did a fair amount of research before purchasing this bike. I've used Keisers and Schwinn AC Sports at gyms before but wanted a home option to avoid the cost and time of going to a gym/cycle studio to have to work out, especially after a long days work. This bike is better than either of the previous two I've used before.
Don't get me wrong, the Kesier is a nice bike for a group fitness class, but it's not going to mimic a 'real' bike as much, but that's a matter of personal preference and what the user is looking for - there is no 'right' answer. You'll feel a smoother ride for sure on the Keiser, but the Carbon Blue drive does a really nice job on this bike as well mimicking a real bike while giving a smooth ride on your joints as well.
Compared to the AC Sport, this bike is a tank. The packaging weighs a ton and they delivery service will only deliver to your front door, so just be aware of that. It's well worth it though because the frame looks and feels sturdy. I'm a bigger guy (6'3-225 lb) and the frame really doesn't move or sway, even during a hard push. All adjustments are great and are capable of accommodating both me and my wife who are pretty different in size.
Not much bad to say about this bike so far. It's a steep price tag, but you'll get a return on investment within a year of not paying for high end classes if you currently are. We've rigged it up in a room with some lighting and a sound system to great results. Highly recommended!

In order to return an item under this policy, you must contact us in advance, and provide clear photo evidence that the item is unopened.
Once confirmed, our team will send you a tracking label which you must print and attach securely to the box (removing the previous labels).
