Very OK & thats exactly what you should expect.

Ive had mine for a few weeks. Its not bad & Ive enjoyed regular use of it.. by no means is it commercial grade as they claim. A decent home set up would be a better description. (I kind of expected this) The pu leather looks fine out of the box but its cheap & Im sure itll be cracking/tearing with in 12 months. I bought this on sale but the more I look at their website I believe their prices may be a bit misleading as it seems to be always on sale & the discounted price shows up as the full price on the item page. So I do feel like I was baited into a good deal a little bit. All in all if this is your max budget for a machine like this (as it was for me) its not bad & exactly what you should expect considering there is $5k plus units out there! Im sure if you treat it right & keep the pu leather components fresh etc itll service you for a good few years! I guess time will tell.

Really well made, sturdy, great box and jumpboard

Great machine! I was finding it increasingly difficult to book into pilates reformer classes at my gym (due to their popularity). This machine is great, super sturdy, strong springs with a good range of resistance, sturdy box and jump board. I can do all of the exercises from a class at home, as well as legs in straps and footwork at the end of a long workday.

Love my reformer

I absolutely love my reformer. It was super easy to setup and is really great quality. Id been looking for a reformer for months and so many are either really expensive or cheap - this was a nice in between and is really great quality.

Free 30 Day Returns

Receive your order and decide you don't want it? We'll take it back within 30 days of the order placement date, no questions asked!

The only condition we have is that it must be in it's original packaging and unopened. 

In order to return an item under this policy, you must contact us in advance, and provide clear photo evidence that the item is unopened.

Once confirmed, our team will send you a tracking label which you must print and attach securely to the box (removing the previous labels).

Once the item has been received, we will inspect to confirm the item is unopened and process your full refund.

 

Do you charge an admin or restocking fee for returns?

Every other fitness retailer in Australia charges admin and restocking fees that can be as high as 25% of the value of the product!

What if I've opened the box?

If you have opened the box and assembled the product, you may still return the item at your cost for a refund. Please contact our team to for the appropriate shipping destination. Once we have received and inspected the product, a refund will be processed.

What if the product is defective?

All our products are covered by manufacturer and supplier warranties under Australian consumer law.

In the rare case that a product is found to be defective or is damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we'll work on your behalf to arrange a solution with the supplier.

Depending on the nature of the issue, the supplier will may offer to ship you a replacement part, or a full replacement item, at no cost to you. This decision is at the sole discretion of the supplier.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, the supplier will arrange to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.

Please note that once the warranty process has started, our policy is to wait until for a response/action from the supplier before proceeding further.
