I was advised by a physio that a Recumbent bike would suit my needs so I set about researching. I chose Lifespan RC-300 from Cardio Online Superstore and I am thrilled. Even for a 66yr old I managed to assemble it and foiling the process relatively smooth. It is heavy so be aware of that though. So far my process is steady, I am slowly building up my fitness regime as previously advised. the bike is so quiet it’s amazing. I am using it daily and thus far love it. The company was perfection during my purchase and the delivery service amazing, they even called to confirm delivery. Cannot believe how fast this was delivered! Once inside, easy to assemble, well built and does as its supposed to do; give us older folks some exercise. Oh, and its so quiet, we can watch our favourite TV shows whilst doing it too!

Smooth, reliable and sturdy, the top 3 qualities of an tredmill, i got this last year and i go on runs at 10 kmph daily, i had no problems with it whatsoever. It is sleek and is very portble and silent too. Must buy.

Purchased the RTM Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar from Cardio Online. Compact, easy to install product with great functionality. Rated up to 150kgs, I'm only 80kgs and the quality feels all good - but would probably not put much more than 100 - 110kgs onto the bar. Good grip padding and ideal for a home gym. Would recommend it :)

Got it and put it together.. instructions were pretty good. Shipping was great too, the courier rang when they dropped it off, so that was really convenient. The treadmill performs really well for the money, especially with the extra features compared to others in this price range.
Delivery was left on the curbside instead of my driveway, which was a bit inconvenient. Haven’t assembled it yet, but overall everything looks good so far.
