The treadmill itself is perfect for my needs. It runs smoothly without issue. The console has all the functions and settings that anyone training at home will ever need and the folding mechanism for the running deck is exceptional.

I searched for months before I bought this treadmill and I love it! I have been using it daily for the last 3 weeks and have no complaints so far. I have tried all the features on it and it would have been nice if the fan actually blew on your face instead on mid body somewhere. I would recommend it.
Great treadmill for casual running (10-15 kms per week). My wife and I both use it, but we don't use the "user" features. I don't like the way the interface handles multiple users, but it's a good interface/panel for all the other treadmill features.

have had the treadmill for over three months now and I would say that it was a good purchase. We were looking for a reasonably priced treadmill, with a solid platform, a low step-up height, and 3.0+ hp. I am 5'9", 160 lbs and run 3-4 times a week. I would say that this treadmill is very sturdy and more than meets my needs. It's easy to use and functions very well. Based on our search this was lowest priced treadmill with a sturdy looking base. My complaints are that the treadmill changes speeds slowly (likely due to only a 3.25 hp motor), the screens and buttons are little too vertical meaning you have to run forward a bit to be able to comfortably use the interface, and because the control console is too far forward the fans are pretty much useless, unless you are very tall. Overall, I would recommend this treadmill because it is a very good value and seems like it will hold up over time.
Nice well built unit. Went together easy. Took about an hour and a half to assemble while taking my time.. You will need another person to hold the console while you plug the wires together. Follow the instructions and not the you-tube video, they are a little different. It's quiet and is an awesome machine. I'm glad I did my research on treadmills, Also the speakers are adequate. I'm hard of hearing and the music sounds fine. I love running on this machine.
I just got it a week ago, this treadmill is nice built and looks like good quality. However, right out of the box one leg had some white marking. Looks like paint leftover or maybe not enough of black paint (looks like white spray) about 10 inch long and 3 inches wide on the bottom of the metal console leg. I have it in the basement so it is not a big deal, but Solo should inspect their item prior to packaging and make sure this does not happens. This is pure cosmetic damage so I decided not to return this item. Lets hope that the treadmill itself will be better...
I research many treadmills before I made my selection. Deff worth the money. It is heavy, doesn't fold completely up so storage is kinda hard (why I gave 4 stars), the consol doesn't raise when you incline so for tall people it is kind of akward. But it is comfortable to run on and sturdy

Receive your order and decide you don't want it? We'll take it back within 30 days of the order placement date, no questions asked!
The only condition we have is that it must be in it's original packaging and unopened.
In order to return an item under this policy, you must contact us in advance, and provide clear photo evidence that the item is unopened.
Once confirmed, our team will send you a tracking label which you must print and attach securely to the box (removing the previous labels).
Once the item has been received, we will inspect to confirm the item is unopened and process your full refund.
