The treadmill comes out of the box as one complete unit, and the manual lists 4 steps: lift it out, unfold the upright, secure it with the two long knobs, then lock the handlebar with the two short knobs. The Allen key and wrench are in the box with the user manual and lubricating oil. At 35 kg, a second person helps with lifting it out of the carton.
