The Contour 2 ships by freight Australia-wide, or we can ship it to one of over 190 depots nationwide for you to collect. It ships at about 86 kg packed (130 x 73 x 47 cm) and may arrive in a timber crate, which you'll need to dispose of, so clear a path to your room and have a second person on hand to move it inside.
Take photos before unpacking and send them to support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We'll lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a full unit, and stay across it until you're set up. You won't deal with the courier or Lifespan Fitness directly, that's our job to sort out.
Not hard. The frame arrives built and folded: you unfold it, hook on the five springs, fit the carriage stoppers, bolt on the handles and shoulder rest blocks, then fit the risers and set the ropes. The Allen keys and wrenches you need come in the box. Take your time getting the ropes to equal lengths before your first session.

I recently purchased this reformer machine for my home. It does everything you want a reformer to do and seems like a sturdy built. My drawback is that the bed is very hard compared to what you would see in studios. My guess is that is what sets other machines apart and makes them more expensive (I purchased this one sale and it was approx $1000 cheaper than the next priced machine).
Very happy with the machine. It is very stable and has the same accessories like in a professional setup. I do not fold it because I use it very regulalry but it does not bother me because it also looks nice and sleek. Only regret is that I did not purchase the machine earlier. Delivery was also good and the packaging is very robust and helps prevent damage during transport (which was a concern when I placed the order considering the price of he machine)
