Everfit Magnetic Resistance Rowing Machine

I am in my late 60s and wanted a rowing machine to improve fitness. I was originally looking at a Concept 2 rowing machine which is a top choice, but decided it was too big, expensive and potentially noisy because it uses wind resistance. I instead decided to get the Everfit Magnetic Resistance Rowing Machine, which takes up less space and is a whole lot cheaper. It has a 5kg magnetic flywheel that is the recommended size, and gives enough resistance.
The service and Cardio price was excellent, and it arrived quickly with Toll – a good shipping company. It all went together easily. I would also suggest keeping the numbered parts and screws on their packaging, and taking them out as needed when following the instructions. I would use your own spanners when needed, as the ones supplied can bite into your hands. Screws and nuts can be tight to do up.
It is still early days for me, and I have watched some videos on the correct rowing stroke and sequence, but I am sure this machine will be just what I need.

Assembly was basically pretty easy and straight forward.
I am 71 years old and purchased the machine with a view to increasing my general fitness. I have only been using it for approximately a week, but look forward to seeing the results after a few months

Hi Tristram sorry for the late response however the rower arrived only the day before we left on a month's holiday, however the rower is up and running. I am very happy with the whole exercise, the unit arrived within the time frame, it was easy to assemble and I am very pleased with the operation.
