Commercial gyms and 24/7 franchises running treadmills through continuous multi-user shifts get a running surface rated to 240,000 km on the Woodway 4Front. The patented slat belt with individual shock-absorbing slats needs virtually zero maintenance: no waxing, no deck flipping, no belt tracking adjustments.
It suits operators who want to cut running costs and downtime, drawing roughly 50% less electricity than a conventional treadmill. Choose from three console options, including a 21" ProSmart touchscreen with AI Smart Coach programs and streaming, so the member experience matches the build.
The slat belt is the whole story here: individual shock-absorbing slats rated to 240,000 km, so a busy 24/7 floor won't wear it out the way a conventional belt deck does.
It isn't the machine for a light home user chasing simplicity, since the made-to-order build runs 12 to 14 weeks. What earns its keep operationally is the near-zero maintenance: no waxing, deck flipping or belt tracking.
Adela Ledvinkova · Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science · Our In-House Fitness Coach
The running surface is built from individual slats with their own shock-absorbing rubber, not a single belt stretched over a deck.
In practice this feels firm and stable underfoot, which is what serious runners want under load session after session.
What this means for you: For a busy commercial floor, that durability rating means the surface holds up under continuous multi-user running for years.
The slat-belt design removes the routine servicing a conventional treadmill needs, so your maintenance schedule gets a lot lighter.
For an operator running a fleet, that is fewer service call-outs and less downtime per machine.
What this means for you: Across a multi-machine gym floor, cutting waxing and tracking work off the roster saves real staff hours every month.
The 4Front draws around 50% less electricity than a conventional treadmill, which adds up fast when machines run all day.
What this means for you: For a 24/7 franchise or hotel gym with several treadmills, that power saving lands directly on the operating budget.
This display option puts a 19" HDTV into the console so members can watch while they train without a separate screen on the wall.
It is network capable, so the machine feeds into usage reporting rather than sitting as an island.
What this means for you: The usage monitoring gives operators machine-level data for planning maintenance and floor layout.
This colour LCD console is the choice for facilities that care more about programming and testing than entertainment.
It carries pre-loaded fitness testing protocols alongside a deep workout library.
What this means for you: For a physio clinic or performance studio, the built-in testing protocols save you rigging up separate assessment tools.
The ProSmart option is a 21" touchscreen with a customisable interface and AI-powered Smart Coach programs.
It handles entertainment and streaming, so members get the screen experience they expect from a modern club.
What this means for you: The streaming and Smart Coach features help keep members on the machine longer, which supports retention on a busy floor.
The 4Front is manufactured in the USA and built for continuous commercial duty rather than occasional home use.
The slat-belt system pairs with that build quality to give a surface that stands up to heavy throughput.
What this means for you: If you are fitting out a gym, hotel or clinic, this is a machine specified for years of multi-user running, not a light-use unit.
The 4Front is a made-to-order machine, so you specify the display option that suits your facility before it is built.
Lead time runs 12 to 14 weeks from the order date, which lets you plan a fit-out or fleet rollout around a firm window.

The 4Front is made to order in the USA, so allow 12 to 14 weeks from your order date. It ships as a fully built commercial unit on freight, delivered to your site. Talk to us early about access, floor level and any lift or stair constraints so we can plan the drop and installation properly.
Photograph the crate and unit before and during unpacking, then email support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a full unit, and manage it through to resolution. You never deal with the courier or the manufacturer directly. On commercial fit-outs we stay across it until the floor is operational.
Close to it. The patented slat belt runs on vulcanized rubber slats with individual shock absorption, so there is no waxing, no deck flipping and no belt tracking to adjust. That removes the recurring service load that eats into a busy floor's uptime. Across high-traffic sites, that near-zero upkeep is where this machine earns its keep. Adela
The slat belt is rated to 240,000 km. On a commercial floor running most of the day, that is years of throughput before you are thinking about a replacement surface. For 24/7 franchises, hotels and studios where a machine never really rests, that durability is the number I'd stake the recommendation on. Adela
Three. The 4Front View with a 19-inch embedded HDTV for entertainment and usage monitoring; the Personal Trainer Display with 10 pre-programmed workouts, up to 99 custom user workouts and fitness testing protocols; and the ProSmart 21-inch touchscreen with AI Smart Coach, Real Runs, Game Runs and streaming like Netflix and Hulu. Pick the one that fits your member or guest experience. Adela
Yes. The 4Front draws roughly 50% less electricity than a conventional treadmill. Across a bank of machines running most of the day, that difference adds up on the power bill, which matters when you are budgeting a full cardio floor. For operators watching running costs, it is a genuine line-item saving, not marketing. Adela
Commercial operators first: 24/7 franchises, hotels and resorts, studios, corporate and physio floors that need a treadmill running most of the day for years. Serious home-gym buyers who want commercial-grade durability suit it too. The wrong fit is light, casual or budget use, where you are paying for throughput and longevity you will never call on. Adela
