The dumbbells ship as one very heavy consignment by freight (about 501kg packed), not a standard parcel, and the rack comes in two separate flat cartons. We'll be in touch to arrange delivery. Have a hand trolley and a second person ready on the day: the heaviest pairs are 35kg each, and you'll build the rack before loading it.
