Lifespan Fitness SP-460 M2 Spin Bike

I have sent two emails now but no response to my concerns.

I have purchased 3 of these spin bikes over a couple of years, excellent bikes for home fitness, I did have a problem with the last one, advised the agents and sent photos they jumped on it straight away and the missing part was sent to me promptly, good service that's all we want. thank you.

I bought. This bike a month agai and am so happy its exactly what I wanted. I used to do spin classes in a studio and was worried the bike wouldnt be as good as the ones there but its perfect. Doesnt slide around, seat and handlebars are adjustable and it has a water bottle holder which is very important. Good weight on the fly wheel as well which is the most important thing.

Appears to be quality parts.Sturdy. Well balanced when in use. Battery computer works well Husband assembled it Needed u tube video to set my adjustments for height etc Only complaint is the that seat is very hard and painfully uncomfortable

A great bike for days I can't get to the gym. Putting it together was a challenge because some things were half put together backwards but I got there in the end.

I bought this bike a few weeks ago. Assembly instructions were good and the work was completed without problems. The fact that I cannot get a comfortable position on the bike having tried a range of adustments of seat and handles may be due to my ignorance. I did not realise that a 'spin bike' appears to require a forward bent position of the rider as can be observed by the competitive cyclists. Any other position (other than standing up) is not really possible because the handle bars are too far forward. I cannot use the pulse reading contacts at all, they are almost out of reach. The computer - which I used to time the sessions until it stopped working - is refusing its service resetting itself in what seem 2 minute intervalls, I now have to use my phone. When it was working the only usable indication was the timer. While the other numbers can be made out with a bit of effort the indications change every few seconds and the labels of what is shown are not legible: too small and too low a resolution. The phone cradle is sitting tight next to the computer and operating the cradle release mechanism to retrieve the phone is a struggle every time due to lack of space. The cradle is of such cheap contruction that I do not expect it to last for the life of the bike. My greatest criticism however is the noise. If you plan to listen to anything during your exercise without earphones, the noise generated by the wheel constantly breaked by the felt pads is always there and can be very loud. This bike may be ok for racing enthusiasts but I would not buy it again to exercise daily.

It is sturdy and has adjustments at the base to keep it level. unlimited resistance. It is very quiet (in the showroom it has very little spinning sound, but at home no noise. surprise!. I think at the shop it is not completely fixed/tightened) Cons: The seat comes with the machine is not broad for me as Im bit big/broad. However I bought a another suitable seat from a bike shop.(remove seat and take it with you to find perfect fit)

So far so good. Seems to be well made but a little noisy in use. Good value. Handle bars are limited in positioning.

Using this bike for rehab after a mountain bike crash, the flywheel is ideal as its balanced and gives a smooth ride! My wife uses the 460 for her classes online and it doesnt miss a beat!

The 460 is a Robust built spin bike. Electronics seem a lot better quality than on the model down (the SP 310) that we had the opportunity to use previously. On that machine the bike was good but the electronics were poor.

The frame itself is robust and stable, and the position adjustment is easy. However the pads became VERY noisy quite quickly and there is no instruction on where to find replacement parts. I ended up not using it because my neighbors were complaining too much about the noise

Great indoor bike. Very similar to the ones at virgin active in Sydney. The brake pads are soft fabric which seem to hold up well. Highly recommended for the price point.

This spin bike is fantastic, does the job well. Flywheel is smooth and gives me plenty of resistance. Bike shows RPM as well which not many entry level bikes offer. Great value.

Adjustable high resistance was my priority while looking for spin bikes as I am not the only person in the house using it. My daughter uses this bile for high-intensity workouts(you know core obsession). I am more than happy with my purchase. It gives a smooth and quiet ride in comparison to my previous bike.

I bought the SP-460 spin bike. It's a great product. Very heavy duty and the components are very solid. It's easy to put together - the instructions are very comprehensive. The seat wasn't quite comfy enough for me so I replaced it but it wasn't bad to begin with. The bike runs quietly and smoothly and I can use it in the lounge room without disturbing anyone. My only gripe is the computer which is not intuitive and the instructions for use are difficult to follow. But I eventually worked it out.

I purchased my bike just prior to covid lockdown. It's a great value bike, sturdy, and plenty of resistance. Easy enough to put together. I've been able to find spin class style workouts on Pinterest and have really enjoyed putting my headphones on and spinning. Happy customer!

It is still early days, but on first impressions the quality is very good for the price and the bike has delivered to my expectations.

Good quality overall. The bike is comfortable and fairly sturdy. There is some squeaking at times but the wheel moves freely. The App it suggests you download to go with the digital display is not user friendly.

Bought this bike to do gym activities at home. In the beginning, I was worried about the quality of the product because buying such a product for the first time. Its a very positive experience with this item. I would love to share how this spin bike has helped in hard times(isolation due to current situation); It is not hard to assemble(comes with instructions). But you can always get assembling help from the store. I use it for online spin classes and everything is easily adjustable toe-clip pedals, seat angle, seat height and seat length and handlebars. I got the free phone holder on this one which was a surprise, which was great.

This bike is excellent for home workouts. Very easy to install and use also the display is easy to read.

Considering the spin bike was originally $500 (by itself, no postage), but I got it for approx. $526-$530 (price includes postage), I think it was a reasonable price to be bought. The one thing that I would say is, be careful of what you wear on the bike. I accidentally broke the plastic holder to the plastic bottle from my shorts getting caught on it.

Great bike for what we needed as an addition to the Lifespan treadmill we already have . The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star is because the LCD monitor is not back lit, and therefore is hard to read outside of normal day time environment . We have gotten around that by having a lamp behind the bike .
