Talk to a home gym specialist| Frame (SM-26 Rack) | Powder-coated 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel with 3mm reinforced steel plates |
| Warranty | 12 Months Parts Replacement |
If you want to train the full body in a single corner of the garage, this package pairs a 6-in-1 SM-26 rack with two 70kg cable stacks, a 48kg adjustable dumbbell set and a 100kg Tri-Grip plate and barbell package (80kg of plates plus the 20kg bar). The Smith bar carries a 220kg max load and the rack combines a power rack, cable cross, landmine, dip station and weight storage in one steel frame.
It suits a lifter building a complete home gym from scratch who wants pressing, pulling, squatting and accessory work covered without buying piece by piece. The BN-9 FID bench adds 8 backrest and 4 seat positions and a 350kg max user weight, so flat, incline and decline work all run off the same set-up.
What stands out here is the dual 70kg cable stacks working alongside a Smith bar rated to 220kg: you can load heavy and still train cables on the same rig without swapping stations.
At 296kg and over 2m long, the rack needs a permanent spot, so measure first. The Revolock dumbbells doing dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell work is what rounds this set-up out.

The SM-26 rack is the anchor of this package, folding six training stations into one footprint. You get a Smith machine, power rack, cable crossover, landmine, dip station and weight storage without needing separate machines for each.
Dual 70kg cable stacks drive the crossover and attachment work, so you can train pressing, pulling and isolation movements in the same session.
What this means for you: One rack covers the big movement patterns, which is where a package like this earns its keep.
The BN-9 bench adjusts from flat to incline to decline across 8 backrest and 4 seat positions, so you can match the angle to the lift rather than compromise. Its 12-gauge steel frame is rated to a 350kg max user weight.
What this means for you: The decline setting opens up ab and lower-chest work most flat-only benches can't reach.
The Revolock V2 set delivers 48kg total, split across two 24kg dumbbells, and converts into dumbbell, barbell or kettlebell configurations. That's 36 weight combinations from one compact set, with each dumbbell adjusting from 3kg to 24kg. The Revolock isn't recommended for overhead lifts.
What this means for you: If floor space is tight, this is where the package saves you the most square metres.
The free-weight side of the package pairs a 7ft, 20kg SPARTAN100 Olympic bar with 80kg of Tri-Grip V2 plates. Between the bar and plates you have 100kg of loadable weight ready for squats, deadlifts and presses on day one.
What this means for you: The graduated plate spread means you can add small jumps for upper-body lifts, not just 20kg leaps.
This is a full gym in a single order: the SM-26 rack, BN-9 FID bench, SPARTAN100 barbell, 80kg of plates and the 48kg Revolock dumbbell set. Every piece you need to train the whole body arrives together, with nothing left to source separately.
The components are chosen to work as a set, so the bench slots into the rack and the included plates load onto the Olympic bar.
What this means for you: Buying as a package means the parts are matched for load and fit, not cobbled together from different brands.
The SM-26 rack is built from powder-coated 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel braced with 3mm reinforced steel plates. At a net weight of 296kg, this frame stays planted under heavy Smith and free-weight loading.
What this means for you: A frame this heavy barely moves mid-lift, which matters most when you're pressing near your limit.
The two 70kg steel plate stacks run the cable crossover and attachment work, giving you 140kg of selectorised load across both sides. Full-length shrouds enclose the stacks so foreign objects stay clear of the moving plates. At the 2:1 cable ratio, each handle feels about half its stack, roughly 34kg from a full 70kg stack.
What this means for you: Selectorised stacks let you change weight with a pin, so supersets flow without loading plates each time.
With 8 backrest and 4 seat positions, the BN-9 covers flat pressing, steep incline shoulder work and decline movements from the one bench. That range means you can isolate different parts of a muscle without buying a second bench.
What this means for you: Incline settings shift load onto the upper chest and shoulders, which flat-only benches simply can't do.
The Revolock V2 set swaps between dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell formats, giving 36 weight combinations from a single 48kg kit. Instead of a wall of fixed dumbbells, you store one set and adjust the load as you lift.
What this means for you: For a garage or spare-room gym, one set doing the work of a rack is the honest reason to pick adjustables.
The 80kg Tri-Grip V2 set (100kg with the bar) loads onto any Olympic bar and the triple handle grips make the plates easy to carry and load. The spread runs from 1.25kg up to 20kg, so you can fine-tune jumps across every lift.
What this means for you: The small 1.25kg and 2.5kg plates let you add micro-jumps once your main lifts stall.
Each Tri-Grip V2 plate has three cut-out handles, so you can grip and load them one-handed without wrestling a flat disc. The graduated set means you always have the right increment on hand.
What this means for you: Easier plate handling sounds minor until you're stripping a loaded bar at the end of a session.
The SPARTAN100 is a 7ft, 20kg stainless steel Olympic bar with a 28mm grip and 41cm loadable sleeves running on needle bearings. Centre knurling holds the bar steady on your back for squats, while the sleeves spin freely for cleans and presses.
What this means for you: The 28mm grip and needle-bearing sleeves make this a genuine all-round bar for Olympic lifts and powerlifting.
The Smith bar is 18kg of solid steel, runs 203cm long and carries a 220kg maximum load. Needle bearings let the sleeves rotate smoothly, and the knurled grip holds your hands in place through heavy presses and squats.
What this means for you: The guided Smith path lets you push heavy sets solo, with the safety spotters as a second backstop.
Both the Smith machine bar and the SPARTAN100 Olympic bar run on needle bearings rather than cheaper bushings. That means the sleeves rotate smoothly and the load spins without binding mid-rep.
What this means for you: On fast lifts like cleans and press-outs, free-spinning sleeves keep the load from torquing your wrists.

Effort: a job for two or more people, 16 assembly steps in the manual. Tools: a spanner and an Allen (hex) key (bolts and fixings are included).
The SM-26 rack alone ships in 8 cartons (312kg gross), the longest at 228cm, plus separate cartons for the bench, dumbbells, barbell and plates. We organise Australia-wide freight delivery. Clear a path to your gym space and have a second person ready to help move the long cartons inside.
Take photos before you unpack and email them to support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a full carton, and stay on it until you're set up. With 8 cartons you'll want to check each one against the parts list. You deal with us, not the courier or manufacturer.
Plan for a build with two or more people, as the manual recommends. It runs to 16 assembly steps and you'll need a spanner and an Allen (hex) key; the bolts and fixings are included. The long frame cartons (up to 228cm) and squaring up a 296kg frame are where a second set of hands matters. Work through the steps in order rather than rushing.
The SM-26 rack sits at 203.5cm long, 151.3cm wide and 218.6cm tall. Under a standard 2.4m Australian ceiling that leaves about 21cm, which is tight for chin-ups, so check your headroom if you plan to use the chin-up bar. Leave extra clearance front and sides for the cable cross, dip station and loading the Smith bar, and factor in space for the bench and plate storage.
This suits someone building a complete home gym in one go rather than piecing it together. The 6-in-1 rack covers Smith, power rack, cable cross, landmine, dips and storage, while the 48kg Revolock dumbbells, 80kg of Tri-Grip plates and the 20kg Olympic bar handle free-weight work. With two 70kg stacks and a 220kg Smith load, it grows with a lifter from beginner to experienced.
A lot from one footprint. The Smith machine guides your path for solo heavy work, the power rack with two adjustable spotters lets you lift free under the bar, and the dual 70kg cable stacks run everything from lat pulldowns to single-arm work via the included attachments. Add the landmine, dip station and multi-grip chin-up bar and you've got pressing, pulling and accessory work covered.
Each dumbbell adjusts from 3kg to 24kg, giving you a 48kg set across the pair, and the V2 design converts into a barbell or kettlebell for 36 weight combinations. That's handy when space is tight and you'd rather not line up a full dumbbell rack. It isn't recommended for overhead lifts, so keep those for the barbell or the Smith.
