If you work at a standing desk and want to add steady walking to your day, the Everfit 400 Walking Pad with Tablet Holder gives you a 100 cm x 40 cm belt, a 3.2 HP motor and a fold-up handlebar with a tablet holder, for users up to 110 kg. It arrives with no assembly needed, and you run it from the included remote or the Bluetooth app.
Everfit publishes 1 to 6 km/h with the handlebar folded and up to 14 km/h with it raised, but at 100 cm long the belt is shorter than the 115 to 125 cm we'd recommend for walking at full stride, so it suits slow, steady desk walking best. In return it folds down to 14 cm high and slides under a bed or sofa.

For brisk walking and jogging we recommend at least 125 cm of length, and a 40 cm width is walking-only territory. If jogging is part of your plan, look at a folding treadmill with a longer, wider belt.
