The Pursuit 4 ships Australia-wide by freight, boxed and strapped on a pallet given its 51 kg net weight. Once your order is placed you'll get live tracking so you can plan delivery day. Someone needs to be home to take it in. If you're regional, we route through our depot network to reach you.
Take photos before you unpack anything and email them to support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We'll lodge the freight claim, send out replacement parts or a full unit, and stay on it until you're up and running. You never have to chase the courier or Lifespan Fitness yourself, that's our job.
