Hi I'm Adela - I've been in the fitness world for decades as an international athlete, fitness coach, personal trainer. Sports, fitness and health is a big part of who I am and my passion is helping you achieve your fitness, weight loss or health goals.

I partnered with Cardio Online with one goal - help more people improve their health, mental wellbeing and overall fitness. That's what this program does.
