Buy an ON:PACE treadmill, train on it for up to 100 days, and if it is not the machine for you, send it back for a full refund. We organise the pickup and we pay the freight.

We would rather you called us first. Most first-week problems are a five-minute conversation — a belt that needs tensioning, a programme that is not doing what you expected, a delivery that arrived at the wrong end of the house. But if it is genuinely the wrong machine, the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is there and you do not have to justify using it.

The terms, in full

• 100 days from the date of purchase. Not from delivery — the clock starts when you buy, so a long pre-order wait does not eat into your trial.
• We organise and pay for the return freight. You pay nothing to send it back, and there is no restocking fee. On a carton this size that is the part of the promise that actually costs something, and it is the part most of the category does not match.
• It has to travel in the original carton, so keep the box until you are sure. A treadmill cannot be shipped safely without it, and we would rather say so here than at the point you want to send one back.
• Train on it. There is no assessment period and no condition that it be unused. Using the machine is the entire point of the hundred days — you cannot tell whether a treadmill suits you by standing next to it.
• Refunded to your original payment method once the machine is back with us and checked in.

What this is not

It is not the warranty. Every ON:PACE treadmill carries a separate 10-year frame, 5-year motor, 3-year parts and 2-year labour warranty, which covers defects and runs for years after this guarantee has expired. The guarantee is about whether you want the machine; the warranty is about whether it works.

It is not a limit on your legal rights. Nothing here reduces the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
