The trade-off is belt length: the 120 cm x 45 cm belt suits walking for most heights, with room for an occasional easy jog, but it's shorter than the 125 cm we'd recommend for regular jogging and it isn't a running belt. Everfit describes the motor as smooth, and at walking pace you'll mostly hear your own footsteps. On an upstairs floor, a 6 mm rubber mat under the deck cuts the transfer to the rooms below.
