Moving forward

Living in a townhouse I have limited space to use and to store a exercise equipment. This appealed because it did not occupy a lot of space in use and more importantly would fold up flat and can be easily stored against a wall.
In terms of use - it does not have all the features of the units in a gym, but it does not promise that. It delivers on what it does promise a flat surface for walking or running with some programs and tracking of time etc. For me it provides ease of walking in the cold /wet weather so that I can continue to build back up to desired fitness.
Understand what you are buying and (based on 2 weeks of use) it delivers.

Basic but good

Basic treadmill for a walk or slow jog. LCD display panel is a bit flimsy and falls over when using the treadmill. Could do with a better back support for it. Can’t use the tablet holder as it doesn’t stay in the slot because the display panel falls over. Other then that happy with it so far for what I truely need it for, walking. Information displayed on LCD panel is good including time, distance, calories etc. can check heart rate. Easily folds down and wheels to move. Small enough to hide under the couch but still a great size walking pad. Arrived quickly, easy assembly and easy to operate.
