Description

The York Fitness Power Tower Combo is one of the most effective ways to get a full body workout using body weight training. Strengthen, shape and build your physique targeting chest, shoulders, back, legs, triceps, biceps and abdominals.

The adjustable bench can be removed to allow for squatting and chinning exercises, and can also be used as a sit up bench. The York Fitness Power Tower Combo incorporates 6 anchor points for self spotting or adding resistance during each exercise.
