This treadmill is exactly suited to my purpose, which is controlled brisk walking to strengthen muscles and also to improve balance. It is very manageable, easy to assemble, and takes up minimum space. I only had to assemble 3 screws as the rest was assembled. I would buy this again and again. Probably not perfect for someone really tall that wants to rum. I am 5 foot and there is heaps of room for me to walk and jog comfortably.
