I’ve been using it and it’s been great so far. It’s really helped me stay fit and I’ve added it into my routine. Overall, my experience has been really positive.
This treadmill is exactly suited to my purpose, which is controlled brisk walking to strengthen muscles and also to improve balance. It is very manageable, easy to assemble, and takes up minimum space. I purchased this treadmill for medical reasons, and would recommend it to anyone who is elderly and wishes to exercise to their own personal ability within the safety of their own home.
Thankyou so much for this treadmill. I absolutely love it and so glad this is the one I chose. Thankyou for great customer service and delivery was very quick. I only had to assemble 3 screws as the rest was assembled. I would buy this again and again. Probably not perfect for someone really tall that wants to rum. I am 5 foot and there is heaps of room for me to walk and jog comfortably.
It’s a great tool for running especially in this cold season. I personally love to run outside but with this treadmill I find no excuses for me not to run.

The only condition we have is that it must be in it's original packaging and unopened.
In order to return an item under this policy, you must contact us in advance, and provide clear photo evidence that the item is unopened.
If the criteria have been met, our team will send you a tracking label which you must print and attach securely to the box (removing the previous labels).
Once the item has been received, we will inspect to confirm the item is unopened and process your refund.
All our products are covered by manufacturer and supplier warranties under Australian consumer law.
In the rare case that a product is found to be defective or is damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we'll work on your behalf to arrange a solution with the supplier.
Depending on the nature of the issue, the supplier will may offer to ship you a replacement part, or a full replacement item, at no cost to you. This decision is at the sole discretion of the supplier.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, the supplier will arrange to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.
Please note that once the warranty process has started, our policy is to wait until for a response/action from the supplier before proceeding further.
