Lifespan Fitness X-22 Cross Trainer

This is a great product for the price. It took me hardly an hour to set up and it was ready to get going. The magnetic flywheel offers noise-free working and auto resistant adjustment. Highly recommended for everyone looking at a good cross trainer to work out at home.

Very good machine. It’s quiet and I like how you can change the resistance easily. My only complaint would be the assembly. You would definitely need 2 people and the instructions weren’t very clear but you could logically work it out yourself. Also just an FYI the base of the the machine is actually approx 110cm. We thought it was the 130cm as specified on the website and bought a 150cm exercise mat to place the machine on top which the mat ended up being too long.

This machine is now making us exercise machines. So smooth, a pleasure to use as part of our cross fit training Living in alpine Australia this gives us the perfect indoor trainer for our cardio. It’s become part of the family, so much so we removed a couch and gave it pride of place in our living room. Even our daughter has started using it just to get out of doing the dishes Highly recommended

This cross trainer is the perfect example of a full-body workout, through which you can choose from different training programs to find the ones that best suit your routine, which has made my life so much easier because before this I had no idea what routine I should pick for myself. A real lifesaver!

It's usable, but you're not gonna get away from stuff like being moderately Shakey on lower end stuff like this. Still better than a lot of the even cheaper stuff, but not the most amazing price range. Would give 5 stars if it was 40% the price. Still, if you've got no other options, it's something.

First time owning a cross trainer and wanted something that wasnt cheap and nasty, but also didnt kill the wallet. Spent hours looking online and reading reviews before settling on this one. After owning it for a month Im really pleased with my decision. Instructions are easy to follow, the computer is easy to use and overall very happy.

Thought it was an expensive purchase and a big commitment to get at first but after factoring in gym membership costs times the 3 people in our family, it made complete sense. This cross trainer does the job well, suits me, my husband and my daughter with my husband being the tallest at 6 ft.

There was a lot of pieces to put together (took about 3 hours) but it's a great machine. Super quiet and comfortable and lots of options though the calorie counter is very inaccurate but that's not what I bought this machine for. It's sturdy, sold and does as it should so I'm very happy with it. Toll forgot to ship it so it was late but LifeSpan delivered as promised a great piece of exercise equipment that will get used for years to come. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service from LifeSpan. I would definitely recommend this elliptical and LifeSpan to anyone looking for fitness at home.
