Talk to a squat rack specialist| Rack Frame | Foldable, 2mm 14-gauge tubular steel |
| Warranty | 12 Months Parts Replacement |
If you want to squat, press and pull in a footprint that disappears between sessions, this package folds back to 66cm wide and pairs J-hooks rated to 220kg with safety spotters holding 200kg. The included 7ft 20kg Olympic barbell is rated to 317kg and comes with 80kg of rubber Tri-Grip plates, so you can train the day it arrives.
It suits a lifter building a complete home set-up in one go, with a FID bench that moves through flat, incline and decline plus dip handles, multi-grip chin-up handles and cable pulley points on the one frame. The rack clears lifters up to 200cm tall, and the 12-month parts replacement warranty backs the whole kit.
What stands out here is the folding frame: 14-gauge steel that folds to 66cm wide, so you reclaim floor space between sessions without dismantling the rack or clearing the whole room.
At 226.6cm tall it needs decent ceiling clearance, so measure first. The real value is the complete kit: J-hooks rated to 220kg plus the FID bench handle serious lifting from day one.

This package pairs a foldable power rack with a FID bench, a 20kg Olympic barbell and 80kg of plates, so you can squat, press, pull and row without buying pieces separately.
The rack attachments cover J-hooks, dip handles, chin-up grips, cable pulley points, band pegs and two safety spotter types, which means one footprint handles most barbell and bodyweight training.
What this means for you: You can run a full barbell programme from day one, no extra shopping list.
The rack folds back against the wall when you are not training, dropping the width from 135cm set up to 66cm folded.
For a garage that doubles as parking or storage, that difference is the whole reason this format works.
What this means for you: Check your ceiling height first: at 226.6cm the frame leaves only about 13cm under a standard 2.4m ceiling.
The BN-9 adjusts to flat, incline and decline, so you can hit bench press, incline press and decline work from the one bench inside the rack.
A tubular steel frame gives it the stability you want when you are pressing heavy under the J-hooks.
What this means for you: One bench covers the three angles most pressing programmes call for.
The included 7ft Olympic barbell is a standard 20kg, so the plate maths stays simple and the bar sits correctly in the J-hooks and spotters.
Four needle bearings, two per sleeve, let the sleeves spin under load, which keeps the bar settled in your hands through presses and pulls.
What this means for you: A true 20kg bar means every total you calculate is accurate from the start.
You get 80kg of rubber-coated tri-grip plates across small to heavy denominations, so you can load precisely and progress in small jumps.
The tri-grip handles make the plates easier to carry and load, and the rubber coating cuts the clang when you load, rack or set them down. They are not bumper plates, so don't drop them from height.
What this means for you: The small 1.25kg pairs let you add tiny increments once the big jumps stall.
Adjustable J-hooks let you set the bar height for squats, presses and rack pulls, while two types of safety spotters catch the bar if a rep fails.
For anyone training alone at home, those spotters are what let you push to a genuine limit without a second person standing by.
What this means for you: You can train to failure solo, which is the whole point of a rack at home.
A pair of Lock Jaw collars clamp onto the barbell sleeves with a quick lever, holding your plates firmly so the load does not shift mid-set.
They go on and off in seconds, which matters when you are stripping plates between working sets.
What this means for you: No wobbling plates on incline or overhead work.

Effort: a two-person job, 8 assembly steps in the manual. Tools: a wrench or hex key (bolts and fixings are included).
The rack, BN-9 bench and the 100kg barbell-and-plate set ship as several heavy freight cartons, so expect a number of boxes rather than one. Check every carton against the packing list before you sign, and have a clear path to your training space ready. The rack cartons are long and heavy, so line up a hand for delivery day.
Take photos before you unpack and email them to support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a full component, and stay across it until your set-up is complete. You never chase the courier or CORTEX yourself, that is our job to sort.
Plan for a two-person build. The manual runs to 8 assembly steps for the rack, plus bolting the BN-9 bench together. You need a wrench or hex key for the rack, and the bolts and fixings are all included. Take your time squaring the frame before final tightening, and the plate set and barbell need no assembly at all.
The package carries a 12 month parts replacement warranty, handled by us locally. If this page shows the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee badge, you have 100 days to change your mind: return it as-new, disassembled, in the original packaging with all parts, and we refund the product price plus your original delivery fee. No restocking fee. We book the return freight; you cover its cost.
Set up, the rack footprint is 195cm long (with the dip attachment) by 135cm wide (to the safety bars) and 226.6cm tall, so you want a ceiling above roughly 2.3m, which suits most Australian rooms. When you are not training it folds to 164cm by 66cm, reclaiming a lot of floor. Leave extra room around it for the bench and loading plates.
It fits lifters up to 200cm tall and is built for serious loading: J-hooks rated to 220kg, safety spotters to 200kg, and the pull-up bar to 200kg. The SPARTAN100 barbell takes up to 317kg. That spread covers a committed beginner right through to an experienced lifter working heavy compounds at home.
You get 80kg of Tri-Grip V2 rubber plates: 4 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 20kg. The 20kg SPARTAN100 chrome Olympic barbell makes up the rest to 100kg total, plus a pair of Lock Jaw collars. The tri-grip handles make loading and carrying plates far easier.
Yes. The PR-4 comes with a lat bar, a low row bar and a landmine holder, and the cable runs off high and low pulley points, so pulldowns, rows and landmine work are ready from day one. The cable is plate-loaded, so you load it with your own plates rather than a weight stack. The dual band pegs are there too; resistance bands are sold separately.
