Talk to a squat rack specialist| Frame (PR-4 Rack) | 2mm (14-gauge) tubular steel |
If you lift at home and want a full barbell set-up ready from day one, this package pairs a foldable power rack (J-hooks rated to 220kg, safety spotters to 200kg) with a 20kg Olympic barbell and 110kg of plates. The rack folds to 66cm wide against the wall, so a single-car garage or spare room still has floor space between sessions.
It suits a lifter who wants squats, bench, dips, chin-ups and band or cable work from one station, with the FID bench covering flat, incline and decline. The SPARTAN205 barbell runs on 8 needle bearings and handles loads up to 317kg, so the set grows with you as your numbers climb.
What sells me on this package is the foldable PR-4 rack: 14-gauge steel with a quick-release mechanism that flattens against the wall, so you reclaim floor space between sessions without dismantling anything.
At 226.6cm tall it needs a decent ceiling, so measure before you build. The real win is the bundled 110kg of plates and FID bench, giving you a complete starting set-up straight away.

The PR-4 rack folds flat against the wall when you are not training, which frees up the floor for a car, a car space or whatever else the room does during the week.
Quick-release pins lock it open or folded, and elastomer roller wheels let you wheel it in and out of position.
What this means for you: For a single-car garage or a shared room, this is what lets a full power rack live somewhere it would not otherwise fit.
The PR-4 rack carries more than squat and bench stations. It adds dips, chin-ups, cable work and band training to the same footprint.
That means one frame covers pressing, pulling and accessory work without extra machines crowding the room.
What this means for you: In my experience, a rack that handles pulls and accessory work as well as the big lifts is the one people actually keep training on.
The BN-9 bench moves through flat, incline and decline, so your pressing angles are covered from one bench rather than three.
A heavy-duty tubular steel frame gives it a stable base under load.
What this means for you: Incline and decline angles open up upper and lower chest work, which flat-only benches cannot give you.
The SPARTAN205 is a 7ft, 20kg Olympic bar with a 28.7mm grip and 8 needle bearings, so the sleeves spin freely for cleans and snatches.
A hard chrome finish handles chalk and sweat without flaking.
What this means for you: A 317kg load rating means the bar is never the limiting factor, no matter how strong you get.
The 100kg bumper set is made for Olympic lifting and functional training, with a heavy-duty rubber surface built to take high-impact lifts.
Pairs run from 5kg up to 20kg, so you can build sensible jumps across a working set.
What this means for you: The 450mm IWF diameter means every bumper sits the bar at the right pull height from the floor, which matters for deadlifts and Olympic lifts.
The Tri-Grip set adds the small increments bumpers skip, so you can progress a lift by as little as 2.5kg total.
The three-handle design makes these plates easy to carry on and off the bar.
What this means for you: Small plates are what keep you adding weight week to week once the big jumps get hard.
The PR-4's J-Hooks adjust up and down the uprights so you can set the bar height for squats, presses and rack pulls.
Two types of safety spotters catch a missed rep, which is what makes training heavy on your own sensible.
What this means for you: Training alone is only worth it with catch bars set, and this rack gives you two ways to do that.
The Lock Jaw collars clamp onto the 50mm sleeves with a lever, so plates stay put through fast lifts and uneven reps.
They are included in the package, so there is nothing extra to buy before your first session.
What this means for you: Collars are easy to forget when you buy a bar and plates separately. Here they are in the box.
Set C arrives as a complete lifting station: the foldable PR-4 rack, the FID bench, a 20kg Olympic bar, 110kg of plates and the collars to hold it all on.
Everything matches the same 50mm Olympic standard, so the bar, plates and collars work together out of the box.
What this means for you: You get a training setup that is ready to load from day one, with no separate trips to buy a bar or collars.

Effort: a two-person job, 8 assembly steps in the manual. Tools: a wrench or hex key (bolts and fixings are included).
The rack, bench, barbell and plates ship as a number of separate freight cartons rather than one box, and the rack cartons are long and heavy. Have a second person on hand and a clear path to your training space. Check each carton against your order before you sign.
Take photos before you unpack and email support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We'll lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a new component, and stay on it until you're set up. You don't chase the courier or deal with the manufacturer directly, that's our job.
The rack is a two-person job across 8 steps in the manual, using a wrench or hex key (bolts and fixings are included). The BN-9 bench and loading the barbell are straightforward once the rack is up. Keep the manual close. Second set of hands matters most when raising the frame.
If this page shows the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee badge, you have 100 days from purchase to return it. It needs to come back as-new, disassembled, in the original packaging with all parts. We refund the product price and your original delivery fee, with no restocking fee. We organise the return freight, you cover that cost. Assembly fees aren't refundable.
Set up, the PR-4 measures 195cm long (with the dip attachment), 135cm wide (to the safety bars) and 226.6cm tall, and it folds to 164cm by 66cm. A standard 2.4m ceiling clears the frame by about 13cm, so measure before you build. Leave room around it for the 7ft barbell and for loading plates.
This suits a lifter setting up a complete home station from scratch: squats, bench, overhead and deadlifts off one buy. The rack's J-hooks are rated to 220kg, the safety spotters and pull-up bar to 200kg, and the SPARTAN205 barbell to 317kg. With 110kg of plates included, it handles beginners through to solid intermediate loads before you'd add more plates.
Yes. The rack accepts both 25mm standard and 50mm Olympic plates, and has high and low cable pulley attachment points, dual band pegs and dip handles already built in. When you outgrow the 110kg included, just add more Olympic plates (50mm hole). The band pegs and pulley points give you room to vary training without a new frame.
You get the PR-4 foldable power rack, the BN-9 FID bench, the SPARTAN205 7ft 20kg hard chrome barbell, a 100kg Black Series V3 bumper plate set, a 10kg Tri-Grip V2 plate set and Lock Jaw collars. That's 110kg of plates total. It's a full squat, bench and deadlift set-up out of one order.
