If you train at home and want a full barbell set-up in one order, this package pairs the SR10 rack with a 90kg standard weight set: 75kg of cast iron tri-grip plates plus a 180cm chrome barbell, a curl bar and dumbbell handles. The J-hooks hold up to 180kg and the adjustable safety bars take up to 200kg, so the safeties stand in for a spotter on squats and, with your own bench, bench press.
It suits a lifter building their first serious home gym, since the width adjusts from 50cm to 120cm to frame your bench or press, and the included dumbbell handles and spiral collars let you run accessory work from the same kit. The rack goes together in four steps in the manual.
The width adjustment from 50 to 120 cm is the detail I'd flag: it lets this rack handle both squats and bench work, and swallows wider stances without crowding the uprights.
The 90kg set (75kg of plates plus the bars) suits beginners and general strength, but committed squatters will outgrow it and need to add weight. The included dumbbell handles make this a genuine full-body starter set.

This package pairs the SR10 squat rack with a full free-weight set, so you can train legs, back, chest, shoulders and arms from one corner of the garage.
You get the rack, 75kg of tri-grip plates, a 180cm barbell, a curl bar and a pair of dumbbell handles in the one delivery.
What this means for you: Everything needed to start barbell and dumbbell training lands together, so there is nothing else to source before your first session.
Two 50mm weight storage pegs sit on the frame, sized for Olympic plates.
The included standard plates have a 27mm hole, so they won't go on these pegs; the pegs come into their own if you add Olympic plates later.
What this means for you: Worth knowing before you buy: plan a separate spot or a standard weight tree for the included plates.
The safety bars adjust in height to catch a missed rep, and the rack width opens from 50 cm to 120 cm to suit different lifts.
Set it narrow for pressing or wide for squats and rack work.
What this means for you: You can train heavy on your own with the safeties set just below your bottom position, which is the point of a portable rack for home lifters.
The package includes 75kg of cast iron tri-grip plates, with the three handle cut-outs that make loading the bar and carrying plates easier.
The rust and chip resistant finish keeps them tidy between sessions.
What this means for you: The tri-grip design means you can pick up and load plates one-handed, which matters when you are training solo.
Three bars come in the box: a 180cm chrome-plated barbell for the big lifts, a standard curl bar for arms, and a pair of dumbbell handles for accessory work.
The barbell and curl bar have knurled grips and the handles rubber grips; all are chrome plated, with spiral collars to lock the plates.
What this means for you: One set of plates feeds all three bars, so you can move from squats to curls to dumbbell rows without buying extra weight.
The SR10 is a portable rack with a compact footprint, and assembly runs to four steps in the manual.
Assembled, it measures 187 cm x 52 cm x 177 cm as published, so it fits under a standard 2.4 m ceiling.
What this means for you: At 177 cm tall it fits a standard-height garage or spare room, and the four-step build is quick.

Effort: 4 assembly steps in the manual. Tools: the manual doesn't list any; the M10 bolts, washers and nuts are included and tighten with a spanner.
You get the SR10 squat rack, 75kg of cast iron tri-grip plates (4 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 4 x 1.25kg), a 180cm chrome standard barbell, a standard curl bar, a pair of dumbbell handles, spiral collars and padded J-hooks: a 90kg set once you count the bars. It's a complete starter set-up, so you can rack, squat, curl and load dumbbells from day one; add your own bench for pressing.
The padded J-hooks are rated to 180kg and the adjustable safety bars to 200kg. The 50mm x 50mm laser-cut steel frame backs those numbers up, so there's real headroom above the 90kg set included. That means the rack grows with you as your lifts climb, rather than topping out early.
Assembled, it measures 187cm x 52cm x 177cm as published, so it fits under a standard 2.4m ceiling. Overhead pressing takes the bar well above the rack, so check your ceiling height for that. The width adjusts from 50cm to 120cm, and the manual asks for at least 2 metres of free space around it.
The manual runs to four steps: bolt up each side with the included M10 bolts, washers and nuts, then join the two sides with the long tube and lock your width with the knobs. A spanner covers the bolts. The bars, handles and plates need no assembly beyond loading.
Bars, yes: the rack takes both standard and Olympic barbells. Plates are worth checking. The two storage pegs are 50mm Olympic sleeves, so they hold Olympic plates but not the included standard plates, which have a 27mm hole for the 25mm standard bars. If you already own Olympic gear, it racks and stores on this frame.
It ships in several cartons, about 126.5kg gross: the rack in a 179cm x 27cm x 12cm carton (30kg), the barbell in a 180cm carton, and the plates, curl bar and handles boxed separately. We organise Australia-wide freight delivery. On delivery day, check the cartons over before you sign, and have a clear spot ready to unpack.
