Its a nice quality rower for the price and it arrived quickly but it has some design flaws. The foot rests arent back far enough, that is, not far enough from the handles in their resting position for you to get the proper upper body stretch at the beginning of the pull. If you put blocks on the foot rests so you get better extension, you hit the back bumper before youve fully extended because the rail is then not long enough. Im not super tall, only 173 cm (58).

I am 71 years old and I got this rowing machine about 3 weeks ago and find it great to work out on .I have the machine on level 10 for a good workout I do 1000 strokes every time I use it and I really feel the benifits.

Overall happy with it and good value for money. The one issue I have is with the foot straps, they are pretty low quality and I find them annoying.
Wasnt sure if I would have a love/hate relationship with this because I hate upper body workouts, but I love this rower. I am not strong, so there is a lot of movement room to get stronger with this machine. Hubby uses it too (who is a lot stronger) and he also has room to make it harder.

I have been using this for about a week now and I am very happy It took a little bit of time for my husband and I to put it together Love that it has so many different tension settings I havent folded it up yet but having that option when we want to put it out of the way is great I was able to wheel it to where I wanted it once we had assembled it I am in my sixties and never had a rowing machine before but am finding it easy to use I have started off on low setting and gradually increasing my time on it each day It is very sturdy and would recommend to anyone

Really happy with purchase, first time rower but have enjoyed using this. Its easy to set up, comfortable to use, though I have small feet - the foot straps are massive so I have to wrap them around. Light enough to move around by yourself. Would be good to have a little slot at the top for a phone so you can watch workouts, but otherwise no negatives at all for an overweight beginner.
I purchased a month ago. Being older over 60 I was wanting a machine that I enjoy using was space saving and really gets the job done of strengthening my whole body. Perfect!
Happy with the purchase, meet my expectation for the dollars spent on it. Only thing didn't like is the foot rest design as it is not attached completely and only has one bolt on top bottom rest on another bolt.
I am 25, 92kgs and when used the way it should (for 10+ minute workouts) it is plenty difficult for a beginner and Im not even at the highest resistance. Been lifting for a year, not rowing but still. Stirdy and easy to set up too. Only complaint is that the computer is a bit lackluster.
