Customer Reference #LSF68787 I bought this rowing machine couple of weeks ago; it was delivered promptly in 2 days. It was well packed, and the assembly took approximately 30 mins. All the necessary tools were in the box. Sharing my experience after using this machine for 4-5 hours in last week. > My height is 5'10" and the machine has enough leg length to stretch fully. It can be stretched approx 4-6 inches further. > It provides good enough resistance at No 7 setting, so I am confident I can use it many more years. :-) (Note: After first pull I found that the rowing cord is fixed up-side down, so I chat with support and I was told since the machine is working fine, that's not an issue. But wondering whether it was checked in the factory while assemling?) At the downside, the seating is not really good, I started experiencing pain in the back and coccyx bone. So, I started using a doughnut cushion, and that solved the problem. But in the nutshell, this is a fantastic machine for the price paid.
Easy to assemble and very effective for the price.
I bought this a month ago it was fairly quick set up have enjoyed using it everyday. My husband and son also enjoying it. Sturdy frame, seat is very comfortable, pedals are great size for our large feet. Husband is cancer patient & its helping him build up strength. Overall great machine.
We are very happy with this Rowing Machine. It works well and there is nothing we are unhappy about. Its just a good size, not too big, not too small.

Its a nice quality rower for the price and it arrived quickly but it has some design flaws. The foot rests arent back far enough, that is, not far enough from the handles in their resting position for you to get the proper upper body stretch at the beginning of the pull. If you put blocks on the foot rests so you get better extension, you hit the back bumper before youve fully extended because the rail is then not long enough. Im not super tall, only 173 cm (58).

In order to return an item under this policy, you must contact us in advance, and provide clear photo evidence that the item is unopened.
