Max User Weight227.3 kg
Warranty TypeFull Commercial, no usage limit

Fit-out managers running 24/7 clubs and hotel gyms get a Status-line elliptical whose ECO-POWR inverter feeds the power members generate back into the building, at up to 220 W maximum output. The G876 pairs that with 40 resistance levels and an electronically adjustable 45 to 73 cm stride, so one unit fits short and tall members on the same floor.

The trade-off is size and setup: at 222.2 cm long and 185 kg it needs a full-length bay and a power socket to send energy back. In return you get SportsArt's Full Commercial warranty (no usage limit) with a lifetime frame and 5 years on parts, and a 227.3 kg max user weight.

Is this elliptical right for your facility?

This elliptical suits your facility if:

  • You run a commercial gym, 24/7 franchise, hotel or studio and need a trainer that holds up to continuous multi-user sessions all day
  • You want electronically adjustable stride from 45 to 73 cm so users of different heights share the one machine
  • You want the ECO-POWR generator feeding energy back into your building, at up to 220 W maximum output
  • You're fitting out a row and want several units on one socket with SportsArt's optional daisy-chain cord (up to 9 per 230 V / 10 A circuit)

Look at another option if:

  • You only train occasionally and a simpler fixed-stride cross trainer covers your needs
  • You're on a tighter budget and don't need the 40 resistance levels, nine programs or energy-generation technology
  • You train users above the 227 kg max weight rating
  • You need the machine on the floor sooner than the 12 to 14 week special-order lead time allows

Adela's Take

What sets this one apart is ECO-POWR: it feeds members' effort back into your building at up to 220 W, and several units can share one socket.

The 222 cm length means it isn't a tuck-away unit, so plan the footprint before fit-out. The real standout is the electronically adjustable 45 to 73 cm stride, letting one machine suit every member comfortably.

40-Level Resistance for Elite, Measurable Cardio

Forty resistance levels give operators a wide training range on one machine, from light warm-up walking to high-output interval work for serious members. The console tracks heart rate, calories, distance and stride rate so every session produces measurable output.

Paired with ECO-POWR™ energy technology, the work a member puts in is also captured and reported in watt-hours.

  • 40 resistance levels
  • Console readouts: heart rate, calories, distance, stride/min and grid Wh
  • Up to 220 W maximum output
  • Full commercial warranty rating

What this means for you: One machine covers your whole member base, from casual users to high-output training, without compromise.

Energy-Generating Workouts That Still Train Hard

The G876 converts a member's effort into usable electricity while they train, so the machine earns its footprint beyond fitness alone. It feeds that power back into your building's circuit as members train.

  • ECO-POWR™ integrated inverter
  • Up to 220 W maximum output
  • Input power: 35 W
  • Readouts: Your Grid Wh, Target Grid Wh, Instant Watt to Grid

What this means for you: A measurable sustainability story for your facility that members can see on the console.

ECO-POWR™ Energy Generation

ECO-POWR™ is the technology that turns pedalling effort into usable electricity: SportsArt rates the G876 at up to 220 W maximum output, with 35 W input to run its own electronics.

  • ECO-POWR™ integrated inverter
  • Max power output: 220 W
  • Input power: 35 W
  • Power: 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz

What this means for you: Across a bank of these units, the generated power offsets part of your building's consumption.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical ECO-POWR™ Energy Generation feature

Micro-Inverter Converts Movement Into Grid-Grade Power

The drive system captures each stride and a patented micro-inverter converts it into utility-grade electricity your building can use. That is what lets the G876 feed power back rather than only consuming it.

  • Patented micro-inverter converts movement to utility-grade electricity
  • Up to 220 W max power output
  • ECO-POWR™ drive and inverter system
  • Instant Watt to Grid shown on the console

What this means for you: The engineering behind the sustainability claim, not a gimmick bolted on afterward.

Electronically Adjustable 45-73 cm Stride Length

Stride length adjusts electronically from 45 to 73 cm, so the same machine suits shorter and taller members without any manual changeover. Fingertip controls and the console keys handle it on the move.

  • Stride length: 45 to 73 cm (17 to 29 inches)
  • Electronically adjustable on the fly
  • Suits short and tall users on one unit
  • Max user weight: 227.3 kg

What this means for you: Fewer complaints about fit in a mixed-use commercial setting, and one machine instead of several.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical 17-29” Adjustable Stride Length feature

One Machine, Multiple Movement Profiles

Because stride length is variable, members can move from a compact stepping pattern at 45 cm to a long, running-style stride at 73 cm. The Vari-Stride program moves through those profiles automatically.

  • 45 to 73 cm electronically adjustable stride
  • Vari-Stride program varies the movement profile
  • 9 workout programs including Interval and Plateau
  • 40 resistance levels

What this means for you: Members get variety without needing three different machines on your floor.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical One Machine. Multiple Movement Profiles. feature

Biomechanically Engineered Elliptical Motion

The elliptical path keeps the foot in constant contact with the pedal, so there is no impact spike at footstrike that you get on a treadmill. The adjustable stride lets each member find the path that matches their natural movement.

  • Low-impact elliptical motion, no footstrike spike
  • Electronically adjustable stride from 45 to 73 cm
  • MyFlex™ Plus pedal cushioning system
  • Supports users up to 227.3 kg

What this means for you: Comfortable for longer sessions and for members who want cardio that is gentler on the legs.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Biomechanically Engineered Motion feature

MyFlex™ Pedal Cushioning for Low-Impact Sessions

The MyFlex™ Plus pedal cushioning system softens the contact point underfoot, which helps with comfort across longer or back-to-back sessions. On a commercial floor that handles many users a day, that comfort keeps members coming back to the machine.

  • MyFlex™ Plus pedal cushioning system
  • Low-impact elliptical motion
  • Integrated 3-speed cooling fan
  • Max user weight: 227.3 kg

What this means for you: Members can train for longer in comfort, which lifts time-on-machine and satisfaction.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Natural, Low-Impact Efficiency feature

40-Level Resistance with Fingertip Controls

Resistance runs across 40 levels, giving you fine control over effort rather than a few coarse jumps. Fingertip and console toggle controls put resistance and stride changes right where the member's hands already rest.

  • 40 resistance levels
  • Fingertip and console toggle controls
  • 9 workout programs including Interval, Random and Custom HR
  • Integrated 3-speed fan

What this means for you: Members adjust effort instantly without breaking rhythm or reaching across the console.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Precision Resistance & Controls feature

Mid-Workout Stride and Resistance Adjustments

Both resistance and stride length adjust electronically while the member keeps moving, so an interval or Vari-Stride block flows without stopping. The fingertip controls make those changes a single touch.

  • Electronically adjustable stride mid-session
  • 40 resistance levels on fingertip control
  • Interval, Vari-Stride and Plateau programs
  • Console toggle controls

What this means for you: Structured interval training stays uninterrupted, which is what serious users expect.

Status Line Build for Commercial Floors

The G876 sits in SportsArt's Status line and carries a full commercial warranty, with a lifetime frame rating and five years on parts. That warranty depth tells you the frame and components are rated for continuous multi-user use.

  • Full commercial warranty rating
  • Lifetime frame warranty
  • 5 years parts and wear items
  • 3 years labour
  • Unit weight: 185 kg

What this means for you: Warranty cover and build mass that a commercial operator can plan a fit-out around.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Premium Status Line Design feature

Floor Presence with a Visible Sustainability Story

The Status line styling gives the G876 a clean, upright presence on the floor, and the console shows generated watt-hours so the sustainability story is visible to members. The energy readout turns a workout into something members can see adding up.

  • Grid Wh readout on console
  • Status line design
  • Dimensions: 222.2 x 67 x 175.6 cm
  • Up to 220 W maximum output

What this means for you: A talking point for members and a marketing angle for your facility.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Aesthetic Impact Meets Functional Innovation feature

Daisy-Chain Units on One Circuit

With SportsArt's optional daisy-chain connection cord, several ECO-POWR units can run from one power socket. The manual caps it by circuit rating: up to 9 units on a 230 V, 10 A circuit. Each unit draws 35 W input to run its electronics.

  • Optional ECO-POWR daisy-chain connection cord
  • Up to 9 units per 230 V / 10 A circuit (per the manual)
  • Input power: 35 W per unit
  • Power requirements: 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz

What this means for you: A bank of machines needs fewer sockets; have your electrician confirm the circuit for your site before fit-out.

SportsArt G876 ECO-POWR™ Status Elliptical Sustainable Installation feature

Plug In, Move, Generate Power Back

Once installed, the machine draws 35 W to run its electronics and returns power as members train, up to 220 W maximum output. The SA WELL+™ integration is available as an option to connect the unit into a wider platform.

  • Input power: 35 W, max output 220 W
  • Your Grid Wh and Instant Watt to Grid readouts
  • Optional SA WELL+™ integration
  • Optional daisy-chain cord for several units on one circuit

What this means for you: A cardio fleet that gives energy back instead of only consuming it.

Setup reality

  1. The manual's steps cover the main frame, moving parts, support tubes, stationary handlebar, console, pedals and pedestal covers, then moving the unit into place, levelling it and connecting the power cord.
  2. The manual shows one-person and two-person methods for lifting the front and rolling it into place.
  3. It needs a power socket: the cord carries the generated power back into your facility's circuit. Have an electrician confirm the circuit, particularly if you're daisy-chaining several units.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much energy does the ECO-POWR system actually generate?

SportsArt rates the G876's ECO-POWR inverter at up to 220 W maximum output, fed back into your building's circuit as members train, with 35 W input to run the machine's own electronics. The console shows Instant Watt to Grid and running Grid Wh totals. With SportsArt's optional daisy-chain cord, several units can share one socket, up to 9 on a 230 V, 10 A circuit per the manual.

Will it hold up to continuous multi-user use in a commercial gym?

Yes. This is full commercial equipment built for back-to-back sessions. The frame carries a lifetime warranty, parts and wear items 5 years, labour 3 years, with high wear items at 90 days. At 185 kg unit weight it's a planted, stable machine. For 24/7 clubs and hotel gyms, that warranty depth is what I'd stake the recommendation on.

Who is the G876 built for, and what user weight does it take?

It suits commercial gyms, hotels, studios and serious home setups that want continuous-duty cardio. The max user weight is 227.3 kg, so it accommodates a broad member base. The electronically adjustable 45 to 73 cm stride means one machine fits shorter and taller users, which matters on a shared floor.

How much space does it need and will it fit under a standard ceiling?

The footprint is 222.2 cm long by 67 cm wide by 175.6 cm high. Plan the length as the main constraint rather than width. For ceiling height, add the 32.3 cm step-up plus a little rise through the stride to your tallest user's height, and leave clearance around it for user access and servicing. Factor the 185 kg weight into your floor plan and install path.

Does it need a phone or app to work?

No. The console runs every program on its own: Manual, Random, Interval, Plateau, Vari-Stride, Fitness Test, Weight Loss, Cardio and Custom HR, with readouts for heart rate, calories, distance and stride rate. The optional SA WELL+ integration adds connected tracking if your facility wants it, but it's a choice, not a requirement.

What is the lead time and how does it ship?

This is a special-order item with a lead time of 12 to 14 weeks from your order date. It ships freight given the 185 kg weight. We organise delivery Australia-wide and keep you across the booking so you can plan your fit-out or install around the arrival window.

What is involved in assembly and setup?

The manual runs 13 steps: assembling the frame, moving parts, handlebar, console and pedals, moving and levelling the unit, connecting the power cord, then safety and function checks. A tool kit is supplied with Allen keys, open-end wrenches and a flat/Phillips screwdriver. For larger fleet orders we can talk through installation as part of your quote, so ask when you enquire.

What happens if it arrives damaged or a part is missing?

Take photos before unpacking and send them to support@cardioonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We lodge the freight claim, organise replacement parts or a full unit, and stay across it until you're up and running. You don't deal with the courier or the manufacturer directly, that's our job.
