Real routes, filmed on location, that play in time with your run.
Kinomap is a training app with thousands of real routes filmed on location around the world. The video speeds up and slows down with you, so you're running the road rather than watching a loop.
Your treadmill pairs over Bluetooth, so your speed, distance and time land in the app on their own — there's nothing to key in.
We'll email your code when your treadmill's delivered.
Eight weeks of guided sessions you can do at home, at your own pace.
Adela Ledvinkova of Adela's Body & Health has a Bachelor of Sport Science and is a qualified personal trainer and former international swimmer. She's put together an 8-week program you can follow at home.
Every session is a follow-along video with timed sets, rest countdowns and a demo of each move, so you just press play. Cast it to your TV and put your favourite music on. Choose the no-equipment edition or the dumbbells and resistance band edition, and keep the phone-friendly program guide with a tracker for all eight weeks.
We'll email your access when your treadmill's delivered.
Once your treadmill's delivered we'll organise your 30-min Concierge Call with Tristram, Owner of Cardio Online Superstore and ON:PACE Founder. Tris will personally help you get the most out of your ON:PACE treadmill and answer any questions or concerns you might have.

At 52 cm wide you stop thinking about where your feet land, and at 140 cm long there's room for a full stride at speed.
Smooth from an easy jog to 18 km/h. 4.0 HP peak for bursts, 2.0 HP continuous for a whole session, from a standard wall socket.
WiFi and Bluetooth 5.1 FTMS. On Kinomap the incline follows the hills on screen, and the video slows when you do.
Gas struts do the lifting, and the deck lowers itself gently to the floor. Folded, it's 112 x 93 x 144 cm.
We verify every KAZE 7 three times over: during the engineering phase, on the assembly line, and right before it leaves the factory.

Yes, in its carton. The box is 192.5 x 89 x 32.5 cm, which is wider than most Australian internal doorways (around 82 cm), so it goes through on its side, where it's 32.5 cm wide. At 96 kg that's a two-person carry. Assembled, the machine is 85 cm wide, so build it in the room it will live in. Measure the narrowest point on the route in — including any turn at the top of a staircase.
Two people for one lift — getting the deck out of the carton. After that it's a one-person job, around 30 minutes, using the tools in the box.
Yes. You've got 100 days from the day it's delivered. We book the pickup and pay the freight, and there's no restocking fee. It does have to go back in its original carton, so keep the box until you're sure.
No. Everything on the console works out of the box — programmes, speed, incline and the display. Kinomap, our virtual training app partner, is optional, and any subscription is theirs, not ours.
A standard Australian 10 amp power point, the same as a kettle uses. Plug it straight into the wall rather than a power board or extension lead.
Us. You bought it from Cardio Online, so we handle the warranty claim from here — you're not chasing a factory overseas. Get in touch and we'll sort it out. None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
These are pre-orders, so stock lands in late November and deliveries start in early December. We'll confirm your delivery week before we take the balance. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included on every pre-order, and it comes to your door. It's not an in-home install, so plan for two people to move the carton from the front of the house.
We don't have a showroom, so not in person. The 100 days is there to cover that — set it up at home, use it properly, and if it's not right we'll collect it and refund you.
