Yes, in its carton. The box is 192.5 x 89 x 32.5 cm, which is wider than most Australian internal doorways (around 82 cm), so it goes through on its side, where it's 32.5 cm wide. At 96 kg that's a two-person carry. Assembled, the machine is 85 cm wide, so build it in the room it will live in. Measure the narrowest point on the route in — including any turn at the top of a staircase.
Two people for one lift — getting the deck out of the carton. After that it's a one-person job, around 30 minutes, using the tools in the box.

Us. You bought it from Cardio Online, so we handle the warranty claim from here — you're not chasing a factory overseas. Get in touch and we'll sort it out. None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
These are pre-orders, so stock lands in late November and deliveries start in early December. We'll confirm your delivery week before we take the balance. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included on every pre-order, and it comes to your door. It's not an in-home install, so plan for two people to move the carton from the front of the house.
We don't have a showroom, so not in person. The 100 days is there to cover that — set it up at home, use it properly, and if it's not right we'll collect it and refund you.
