We make the machine and we sell it, so a claim doesn’t bounce between a retailer, a distributor and a repairer. Tell us what’s happening and we work out whether it needs an adjustment, a part or a repair, then get it moving.
If there’s a major fault in the first two years, we don’t send a technician. We send you a replacement machine.
