Every session is a follow-along video with timed sets, rest countdowns and a demo of each move, so you just press play. Cast it to your TV and put your favourite music on. Choose the no-equipment edition or the dumbbells and resistance band edition, and keep the phone-friendly program guide with a tracker for all eight weeks.

Almost certainly. Folded, it's 73.5 cm wide, and most Australian internal doorways are around 82 cm. Measure the narrowest point on the route in — including any turn at the top of a staircase — and remember the carton is a little wider than the machine inside it.
Two people for one lift — getting the deck out of the carton. After that it's a one-person job, around 30 minutes, using the tools in the box.
Yes. You've got 100 days from the day it's delivered. We book the pickup and pay the freight, and there's no restocking fee. It does have to go back in its original carton, so keep the box until you're sure.
No. Everything on the console works out of the box — programmes, speed, incline and the display. Kinomap, our virtual training app partner, is optional, and any subscription is theirs, not ours.
A standard Australian 10 amp power point, the same as a kettle uses. Plug it straight into the wall rather than a power board or extension lead.
Us. You bought it from Cardio Online, so we handle the warranty claim from here — you're not chasing a factory overseas. Get in touch and we'll sort it out. None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
These are pre-orders, so stock lands in late November and deliveries start in early December. We'll confirm your delivery week before we take the balance. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included on every pre-order, and it comes to your door. It's not an in-home install, so plan for two people to move the carton from the front of the house.
We don't have a showroom, so not in person. The 100 days is there to cover that — set it up at home, use it properly, and if it's not right we'll collect it and refund you.
